How to communicate my interested in Nutrition in my CV?
Hi,
How to point out in my CV that I'm deeply interested in Nutrition (healthy food & lifestyle) and have a lot of knowledge, and practice/research in that field?
Getting a certificate or training in that area would not be an option.
What could I write under interests in my CV describing this?

you might say:
I have a keen interest in nutrition
