im changing my life...tips:)?
So i have been doing a lot of diets lately :/ none of them work.
So i decided that i am just going to have a healthier life style.
I always do so good on my workouts for about a week...then i
eventually just stop. How do i stay motivated? Everyone says if you
workout then you will just get bigger and bulky..is this true? What can
i do for exercises?
Also what are some great things i cant eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
My parents always buy all this crap food and make dessert. I told them once i was
going on a diet and they didnt stop making it. So how do i avoid the bad food?
Also im not doing my best in school..how do i get myself to study.
I always have i hard time paying attention so i have an energy drink like every
day(yeah i know its bad.) But i decided to have it only once a week. What
can i eat or drink to give me energy(thats not bad.)

Tips:
-get 8 hours of sleep every single night
-don't allow yourself to watch television or go out before your homework is completed
-any time you have a test...start to study three nights before the test
-review every subject for 5 minutes each night...this will make test time a lot easier
-every morning take a 15 minute walk...this will help to wake you up and make you feel better about yourself
-drink 6 cups of water a day...3 bottles
-eat 3 meals...and 3 snacks daily
-breakfast choices (only these):
1) medium size bowl of multi grain cheerios, half banana, 2% milk, weight watchers blueberry muffin
2) 2 scrambled eggs, slice of wheat toast w/ spread of strawberry jam, cup fresh strawberries
3) breakfast burrito: 2 scrambled eggs, tbsp chopped onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, muster cheese, salt and pepper in low carbohydrate wrap, cup of orange juice
4) medium bowl of raisin bran crunch, half banana, 2% milk
5) everything bagel w/ reduced fat cream cheese, orange
6) 1 cup of cooked oatmeal, sprinkled cinnamon, apple w/ peanut butter
7) 2 blueberry waffles w/ maple syrup, cup of 2% milk
8) plain yogurt, 2 nature valley granola bars, cup of strawberries
9) 2 slices raisin bread, 2 tbsp peanut butter, banana
10) medium bowl of kashi cereal, 2% milk, cup of strawberries
-lunch choices:
always have whole wheat bread (pita pockets) w/ tuna or egg salad or turkey w/ carrot sticks and hummus dip, apple, Jiffy peanut butter cup
-dinner choices
always have a protein (no fried food), a vegetable (sauteed in olive oil..no butter), a starch (brown rice, whole wheat couscous or pasta, baked potato-sweet-not white)
or
garden burger on bun w/ cheese and corn or peas
snacks:
1-should be a fruit
2-should be yogurt or string cheese
3-protein bar
