Is anything really wrong with me? ?
Ok so a little over a year ago i started to get really paranoied that i had heart disease or cancer of some sort cause i got all these weird symtoms. Tingly feelings in body, heart palpations, five months after that i got a physical and the doctor only noticed that my chest was un even and my BP was a little high but he didnt diagnose me or anything he cleared me and said i was good to go. It has been 8 months since that physical and nothing has really gotten worse i have had a few new symptoms but my heart felt normal for a very long time, over that time i got little blips in my feet that felt like a nerve was twichting or something and i still get that, i also have a weird feeling in the center of my back that tingles sometimes, and i can see my veins in my forehead and feel the blood pumping sometimes but i got skinny recently cause i thought i had heart diesase so is started eating healthy and running alot not that i was unhealthy to begin with. I live normal everyday with those small feelings in my body but nothing has ever actually HURT. Is there anything seriously wrong with me cause it has been a long time and nothing is getting worse?

Since you recently upped your amount of physical activity and are eating healthy you may not be used to the feeling of being physically fit. The fact that the vein in your forearm is more noticeable immediately tells me you are in better cardio shape, that is totally normal. Blood pressure fluctuates like crazy too so I wouldn't worry about that. If you've started taking any new meds I might explore that a bit. I also recommend taking a good fish oil supplement if you aren't already. Everyone should be on fish oil it's a wonder pill that is excellent for heart health. Don't stop exercising and if you're really worried get a stress test done and see a cardiologist.

Your worry has probably also contributed to your BP elevation. Know what I would suggest? To breathe a sigh of relief that nothing came back conclusive in your physical, and to do some things different in your life so you can worry less.

That's wonderful that you started eating healthy and running a lot. I doubt that there is anything seriously wrong, you are just very conscious of the risk of heart disease, no doubt due to our society's terrible eating habits and the spotlight that media puts on heart disease and other ailments many people who don't take care of themselves get.
SO, here are a few things that can ease your mind:
-enough sleep can help, if you aren't sleeping enough maybe make a point to sneak in a few naps a week or add an extra hour of Z's at night.. it helps your body repair and restore itself and your heart will definitely benefit
-drink pomegranate juice, it's even better for your heart than red wine
-wouldn't hurt to mix some frozen acai (from a health food store if available) in your drinks or smoothies at home
-take grapeseed extract
-keep up the physical activity
-avoid homogenized milk (sounds silly, but it's actually not natural, the fat particles in it hurt your system... instead buy a creamy whole milk which is non-homogenized but just as delicous)
-eat some fish (wild, not farmed.. the farmed fish has curiously unhealthy fat ratios/imbalances)
-eating berries such as blueberries, cranberries
-green tea
-Oils with omega-3 fatty acids in them

The these things will strengthen your heart vessels, some of them will even help it to beat slower (indirectly, of course) :)

But honestly, your mind has to be on board with the health of your heart, too. Just know that when you are doing good for your heart, you are doing the best you can and then there is no need to worry because what else can you do but enjoy life?

When I get stressed my heart beats very very funny. Skips beats and goes irregular, I know I don't have the strongest heart. But I do many of the things I wrote at the top, maybe not everyday but occasionally to make sure I'm supplying it with what it may need to maintain its health.
Also, are you on any prescription meds? I had to go on malaria meds twice and honestly my nervous system was so screwed up..my muscles were doing stupid things throughout my body, so little blips in your feet and other parts of your body may be a response related to whatever else your body is taking in.
One more thing, if you are super worried about your chest.. make sure it's not your lungs. My brother is tall and slim, which makes him a more likely candidate for a rare condition called pneumothorax... where the lining of lungs is taken away from chest wall... essentially he had air leaking and he had to go to 6+ docs before we had a family acquaintance surgeon to take him seriously and look at him. Of course, that was very painful for him. If you aren't feeling any pain (which is your body's way of telling you something is wrong) then you are probably doing alright!

God bless
