is this a healthy lifestyle? i eat this almost everyday?
i recently ( 1 and 1/2 months ago) changed my lifestyle for the better.
For breakast during school week or sometimes when im off, I have a bowl of curves, honey bunches of oats or any other Some-what healthy cereals. and i add about two spoon fulls of raisens and 1 banana. is that healthy? or what should i add or take away?
For lunch i'll eat a sandwhich on wheatbread with a serving size of turkey, 1 slice of cheese and a few lettece pieces from a salad bag. I always cut of the crusts on the sandwhich becuase i always feel like they are fattening and that i'd eat more calories. i also have a few wheat thins with a banana.
For dinner i have what ever my mom makes and maybe more veges and a smaller portion. i eat 3 hours before bed &drink alot of water and i get exercise outside. i do have healthy snacks during the day and i do treat myself. I lost 10Ibs in 1 &1/2 mths. is that a healthy loss? and how much more should i b able to lose until mid June-July? is what im eating heathy?

what you are eating is definitely healthy. You have small portions, and not too much fat or sugar. Feel free to eat more frequently if you want to. I think that a person should be able to eat when they are hungry...but limit the amt when dealing with fatty/sugary/salty foods. You can snack on veggies all day if you like. The best way is to have an idea of how many calories you want to have a day. That way you can be sure that your body is getting enough-and you shouldn't feel hungry. There is no way to know how much you will lose, because every person's body is different. I go with the "everything in moderation" diet, and then try and exercise at least 3 times a week. Don't be afraid to have treats once in a while, like you said. (I put in a fun-sized kit kat in my lunch, only 107 calories, gives me a treat-but I don't have to bring a whole candy bar and try not to eat the whole thing!)

yea yea, sounds really healthy, but eating like a damned robot looks bleak when you see a person waaaaaay better looking than you and they eat whatever the hell they want

you are eating perfectly. I'm on a healthy diet at slimming world. and it gets boring sometimes. but keep up what you are doing but don't eat the same things every day as you will get board. try weetabix for breakfast with a banana or strawberry's as they are really good for you. eat mullerlight yogurt as they are slimming as well eat plenty of low fat food. good luck. go swimming as well and if you got a bike go for a cycle
