(Losing weight)(Journey to a healthier life) (Any Tips & help on how to get there?
Ok so Im on a long journey to lose (LOTS) of weight..by alot I mean more then your probably thinking,so far I've lost 30 pounds but Im just starting this journey to a new healthy lifestyle I'm very young & being morbidly obese isnt a very promising future Im 315 pounds right now & its a big stuggle but Im not giving up,I'm looking forward to a very rewarding & promising future & I'm so tired of sitting back & doing nothing so I really want & need advice & though turning to yahoo answers may seem a bit desperate Im hoping there might be someone in my situation or someone willing to give me helpful advice & luck that I'll forever be greatful for..I want something to keep me motivated & I was hoping someone could help me out..if you have any advice on how I could keep my self motivated then please share I also wanted tips on exercize & diet if you have any great food ideas & diet tips then please share,right now Im trying the treadmill & bike any suggestions on which is better? Ok Thanks!

well congrats to you. your progress so far is outstanding. i wish the best for you and even though i dont know you it seems like ur very motivated already. so stay focused get your head in the game and think about your future and how its going to get. do it for yourself. enjoy yourself and love yourself. three things that your going to start enjoying after this journey comes to and end. and by the way the end of your weight lose is only the beggining. you will start to love life. hope i gave you some advice. =] !!!

my friend herself is also trying to lose weight and so far she has been doing great. she lost 25 lbs just by controlling her portions. she still eats anything she likes, but she just controls the amount she eats. she has been controlling her portions, and eating about 5 times a day. working on your cardio is also great for exercise. good luck!

Eat your 5 fruit and veg a day (more if you want to).
Do at least 30mins of cardio and about 6 strength exercises a week.
Iv just joined this site www.Sparkpeople.com its free and it gives you healthy recipies and exercise regimes. And you can type in your measurments and weight and it tracks how much your losing each week and also it tells you how much calories, fat,carbs,protein,iron and calcium you should be getting a day.
Its really good.
