okay. i have dark eye brows. but i want to die my hair so that people can really tell a diffrence but my school only allows natural hair color. i have black under neath my hair and brown on top. but you know i want sumin to POP!. help?

why dnt u insted of gettin a hole hed colour use sum suttle highlights that will compliment ur hair colour... like a dark gold...or ash brown.

highlights are a good option of overall lightening your hair. only problem is that you have to keep up with them. you could try doing a bright color underneath your hair...like brown on top blonde underneath. or you could just dye the tips of your hair a crazy color..

Wait, so if your school doesn't allow it then how could you do it? But i'd recommend you dye it all black and have a bronze undertone in it that kind of shimmers in the light, it's not to flashy but it gives you a little somethin' somethin' GOOD LUCK !

How about you put like purple tips on the bottom of your hair. However, since you have dark hair, you're going to have to bleach your hair.
If the school doesn't want it, you can always cut it off!

since you have school rules to follow just like mine take it step by step because you so do not want to get expelled what i do is dye my hair burgundy and it shows really well in the sun and everyone loves it, also because you have dark eyebrows you dont want to go like bolnde and look funny try even different shades of brown but in steps so you dont look too extreme have fun. and hope i helped
