How do you live and eat healthy?

Well were all gonna live and die. I say just eat what makes you happy. Happy people are generally healthy.

Basically, all you need to do is make sure you are physically active (average reccomendations are 30 minutes+ of heart-pumping activity per day) and eat well. By eating well, I mean stick within your calorie range (seems to be around 1500-2000 cals per day for most people) and eating the right foods, such as lots of protein, fiber and not so much fats and junkfood.
This is just kindof a general guideline, and there's a lot more to it, but also there is a lot to be said about mental health that only really the individual can know how to maintain thru either meditaion, counceling, creative outlets, etc.

These days it is pretty easy to eat healthy and stay fit. With all the different foods available at the grocery stores these days that have lower calories and fat you can eat fairly well and still stay within your recommended calorie intake for the day. I think the equation for living a well-rounded healthy life which also incorporates eating healthy is to exercise. As long as you exercise you can enjoy all the wonderful food that is out there!
