Tips for a healthier lifestyle?
Some tips please! I have decided it's time to become more active! I am always stuck in my room on this computer, but I have gotten away with it because no matter what I eat I seem to stay slim. BUT I am getting worried because I eat loads of junk food, and even if I am not getting fat or anything, I want to change. I don't have a gym nearby, so I am going to start cycling and running (which I recently stopped) up again. How many times a week is good, and for how long? I go to rhythmic gymnastics every week, and I do some stretches at home, so I am pretty flexible, but I would like to start some yoga or something at home - what I do is more contortion. And I am cutting down loads on the junk food, I have got through 4 days so far :P And will drinking lots of water help? And will this lifestyle help my skin? Any other tips on what I can do or anything, I would be grateful! Thanks xx

Walking, running, cycling can be done as little as 3 times a week for health benefits. lay off the chips, cookies and coke. Start eating fruits and veggies, drink tea and water. Take any skin off poultry as it's high in fat. Lay low on butters and oils as well.

Limit yourself to 30 minutes a day on the puter. Turn on your fav music and dance around your room. There are so many ways to get healthy.

Ok throw out all of that junk food or just change your mind about it I mean just look at it and think I dont eat that crap because its doing nothing but damaging my body..... Ill have some fruit instead and make a smoothie with full of my favourite fruits mmm Starwberrys, grapes, blueberrys, banana and apples in the blender with Icey cold water I know that will make me feel way better then a bag of gummybears and its delicious too......they are some changes you can start doing....a bag of chips? No thanks Ill just snack on these raw almonds I know there alot better for me trust me your body will thank you for it. Toast with butter and jelly? Nah Ill just have Avacado spreaded on the toast with Mango it taste so much delicious and way healthier .....ANY time of physical activity is good as long as your doing soomething clean the bathroom, go shopping ( youll start looking good once you eat all of these foods like hair and skin and nails and you will probably want to go shopping) go for a walk and take some listen to an ipod or If you realy want to get out of the house join up a kickboxing or a dance school or even just join some yoga classes ! As long as your moving your body around your arms and legs then its good because its important to get them muscles moving even if its just walking around.... Hope I helped you!!!

( BY THE WAY IM GOING FOR A RUN THIS MORNING ABOUT 6AM THEN IM GOING TO MAKE A FRUIT SMOOTHIE)

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

the first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your boy adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package...THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD
If man made it, don't eat it

Stay away from FAST FOOD

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........

Write down every thing you eat

Take a multi vitamin at night
