How can a healthy teenage athlete lose 20 pounds?
Hi, I am 15 years old, 5'1, and 128 lbs. I have always struggled with my weight but now it is effecting my sports performance. Please, someone help me live a healthy life so I don't have to look back in the future and regret no having lost weight. I struggle with maintaining a good diet and although I workout every day I just want to be happy and get to 105-110 pounds. Thank you so much for any help.

Well excersising doesn't seem to be the problem, just watch what you eat. small portions count calories, average person should consume 2,000.. if you wanna lose weight continue excersising and being active and aim for 1,200 calories a day and be patient!

Place your trust in me this works .
Take your first step .
If you do nothing you will still be in the same place you are today.
Take my hand and you will have a new begining.
I wish you Luck the same luck that i was blessed with :)

Hey I understand the problems you've gone through when trying to lose weight, my friend is in the same situation as you, nothing worked for him until he came across the diet solution program. He's been having great success with it, maybe this is something which could be right for you.

Well good luck.
