Need help with an essay!! please help me! :)?
I have to write an essay for my healthy living course. It is asking me if I agree with the quotation " You can't choose to be healthy. You have to be lucky." I need to find three supporting reasons why it is not true or why it is true. Please help me! I also need to put down an example for each reason as well as supporting information(from surveys, websites, etc.). Thanks a lot, guys! Really helping me out a lot;)

The reasons it is true:
1. Some people have to be lucky enough to have the will power to be able to eat healthy foods
2. Some people have to be lucky enough to be able to have people in their lives that will support them and back them when it comes to eating healthy
3. With the way that the economy is, it is hard to eat healthy unless you are lucky and have a good job to be able to buy fresh foods and such.
Three reason not to agree:
1. Luck has nothing to do with eating healthy because it is a person choice
2. You can choose to eat healthy because there are so many different way to go about it, so many diets, so many plans that anyone can find a plan that fits their lifestyle
3. You can choose to be healthy because we all have a choice in what we put in our bodies and we can all make a change.
