How to be healthier with food/exercise/lifestyle?
Over the winter, ive become really unhealthy! Junk food, less exercise.
I think this may be down to being a teenager, but i would really like to be a bit more healthier as i have weight on and look a bit bloated around my face, arms, and stomach, which really dousnt suit my boyish frame.
Has anyone got any tips about leading a healthier lifestyle, without going too over the top?

Here are some tips:
-Walk to school and everywhere else if you can help it.
-Take the stairs over the elevator if you can
-Eat junk food only 3 times a week. what we do in my family is actually pretty sad ahaha but every thursday we have a ''junk food night'' where we have tacos and pizza and all sorts of stuff and it usually helps me lay off the junk food for the rest of the week because I always think of how much I am going to eat on Thursday and also it's more exciting to have it to look forward to. It's kind of a novelty I guess
- Take cold showers in the summer( it burns more calories)
To help bloating, the NUMBER ONE thing to do is eliminate a serious amount of salt out of your diet
- If you drink juice or milk a lot, limit those drinks. Believe me, this will help
- Go for a walk every night. Seriously. Take your ipod and just go for a long walk! I lost 4 and a half pounds in one week following that exercising regime!! And it actually becomes something I look forward to because unlike running, it's enjoyable and I can think
- If your like me, a teenage girl, the standard amount of calories per day to eat is supposed to be 2,500. Well, just divide that in half!! You'll actually lose weight so fast!

Well this is a very nice question; I like the way it's addressed. Without obviously trying to give you a full answer, I think you'll like it: Caffeine is an ingredient in certain weight loss pills. Therefore, consider drinking coffee on a regular basis. Different amounts obviously work for different people, so just see what suits you. Also, grind and juice fruits and vegetables and drink these on a regular basis. That'll help handle that "daily liquid consumption requirement" you might hear of along with the obvious benefits from fruits and vegetables. Another good consideration is to strike to balance with your meals. Always eat for the sake of calories and to relieve the appetite. Something to help you with this is prepare 2 cups of oatmeal and mix a little more than a teaspoon of cinnamon with it. Eat this in portions throughout the day until it's gone. It would probably be a great idea to keep up for the long-term. I'm sure I've been of great help. ;)
