Is getting hydro colon therapy beneficial?
I am attempting to live a healthier lifestyle. I have taken a break from drinking, I have quit smoking for good and I am eating healthier. Would you recommend getting hydro colon therapy? What is done and what are the benefits?

Yes it is beneficial. It cleans all the trapped waste that could be stuck in your intestines. John Wayne died with thirty pounds of waste stuck in his intestines. It will make you feel so much better. I plan to have it doen sometime in the near future. They run lots of water thur your intestines, not all at once, but a nurse will maniplate your adominal area while it runs thur to loosen up anything stuck.
