Promoting a healthy lifestyle.?
I am starting to really take hold of my life and try to live a more balanced, healthy way. I have started to work out to strengthen my stamina and be more energized. I am not at all trying to lose weight, I have not heavy in any way. I am also taking vitamins and lots of Vitamin C on the side. Also I just went to a health store (local) and bought some Yogi Tea (DeTox) for your Liver and Kidneys.
Is there any thing else anyone would recommend that I look into to keep this healthy routine up? I'm not really accustom to the taste of tea and really hate it actually but I just kinda down it as fast as I can. Are there any really good tasting teas with Dandelion root or Milk Thistle? Pretty much any information on health is good information for me. I don't want copy and pastes from websites though, I've done a lot of research and have most likely read it already. But what are YOUR experiences and likes?

I'm just not into the detox thing.
It is something that occurs in our bodies all the time - without dietary aids.
Our bodies "detox" 24 hours a day through respiration, sweat, liver, and kidneys.
We can help detox by eating a healthy diet with minimal added sugar and salt.
Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, beans, peas, and brown rice keep a system as healthy as it can be. The less processed your food is, the better.
Minimal alcohol, caffeine, soda. Try to drink 100 oz of ice cold water per day.
Read food labels. If you can't pronounce it, don't put it in your body.
15 bean soup is a great hot food right now high in soluble fiber.
Spend your money in the produce department.
Good luck.

I've had a lot of experiences with fad diets, pills, and weightlifting programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is concerned with long term weight control is the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. Try them. One of their programs might work for you.
Good luck

Over the years I've had a lot of experiences with fad diet programs, drugs, and exercise programs. None of these worked for me for the long term. Usually a program that recognizes that a weight control program which is concerned with controlling weight over a lifetime is the the only type of program that works. The only place I've found on the web that seems to recognize all this is old crow ink. You might want to try them out and see if one of their solutions works for you.
Best wishes
