hey, im a student and i need to interview someone that knows much about health and nutrition. well to start it off, im going to need your first and last name and specify yourself (ex. a nutritionist, health doctor, etc) then answer all these questions. thank you =)

10. does eating healthy food guarantee you to lose weight and why?

My name is Lasey - you can make up my last name. I am a graphic designer and a writer. I have two diseases that normally require medication but I've managed to control them through diet.

1. I'd say fruits because they are so packed full of vitamins and you can just wash and eat.

2. Make a list beforehand of all the recipes you want to make over the week.

3. Red meat and refined carbohydrates.

4. Anything high in fiber. Plant proteins are great - and nuts are really good because they have fiber and protein and lots of minerals plus healthy fat.

5. Nuts and beans. Drinking a lot of water helps too.

6. Water keeps you hydrated and keeps you from overeating. A lot of the time when we think we're hungry we're actually thirsty.

7. It depends on your individual height and weight. I stick to around 1700 and I'm a 5'8 female.

8. NO! They mess with your metabolism and sometimes you can never get it back to normal. There is no easy way out for losing weight

9. Yes, you will.

10. No, it doesn't. Losing weight is about calories - you can eat too many calories of healthy food just like you can junk food. The benefits of healthy food are in how you feel and other areas of your looks - like glowing skin, bright eyes, lots of energy. But healthy food is a lot more satisfying than junk food so usually you will not be as likely to overeat on a healthy diet.
