Am I living a health life-style?
I'm 18 years old, and used to smoke around 10 cigarettes/day, rarely exercise, and not eat very healthy.
Now, I've successfully quit smoking, I exercise for around 20-30 min per day and have increased healthy foods in my diet and generally stayed away from fatty foods. However, on the weekends I find myself over indulging on fat foods such as pizza, hamburgers, etc..
I am not overweight at all, in fact I'm at the perfect weight for my age/height.
Is this considered a healthy life style? Are there any improvements I can make to live healthier? Thanks.

Hello. The fact that you quit smoking, exercise every day, and are trying to eat better, shows that you are very serious about living a healthy lifestyle. Having pizza, or a burger, once a week is ok. Nobody should deprive themselves totally, as long as it's done in moderation. Life is too short not to treat yourself once in a while. Oh, and one more thing, make sure you are drinking plenty of water each day. Congrats on getting healthy.
