are there some changes you could make to live a healthier lifestyle?
- such as eating healthier, exercising, sleeping more, not stressing, etc.? Personally, my new year's resolution this year was to go to the grocery store every week and buy food so I will eat at home most of the time. I have not done it every week but I am doing it much more than before.

i have cut out as much soda as i possibly can. now i only drink soda if i have NO other options. i drink unsweetend tea or green tea, or water as often as i can.
i also made it a point to just walk as much as i could. i spend most of my day sitting at work, but whenever i find myself with a few spare minutes, ill get up and walk around the office a few times. and on weekends, i try to walk everywhere. ill park my car at the first place i have to go, then if one of the other places is within walking distance, then i walk. typically i would have gotten back in the car and driven down there.
