hi, i burn off 800 calories a night, 3 times a week on my bike at home over about 45 mins and also 3 nights a week i do 80 situps and some light weight work, i'm 5ft 8 male and weigh 11st 9, i don't look as if i need to lose any weight except for my pot belly! it just won't go away, its quite demotivating because i've been working on it for a while now and its just not going, i'm not fat anywhere else! my diet is:

breakfast: special k cereal with skimmed milk and blueberries + glass of apple and mango fruit juice (260 calories)
snack: banana + small box of raisins (210 calories)
lunch: 325 calorie healthy living sandwich plus bag of maltesers and bottle of diet coke (515 calories)
snack: special k breakfast bar (84 calories)
dinner: stir fry low fat chicken, stir fry vegetables, wholewheat spaghetti and 3 tesco healthy choice tortilla wraps and a can of diet coke (900 calories ish)
post exercise snack: slim fast chocolate bar (99 calories)

calorie total: 2068

anyone help on what i'm doing wrong?! gotta shift this belly, i'm not fat anywhere else so its really odd!
