Whats better eating healthy and sitting on the couch, or eating fast food and being active? If 2 people the same age, height, and weight, where one of them is to eat healthy and sit on the couch all day very day for a month, and the other was to eat fast food for every meal of the day but also stayed active all day who would lose weight at the end of the month and who would gain weight?

DOn't think either one is, really. Not good to be inactive no matter what you eat & vice versa.

My best guess is the person eating healthy is going to lose weight. Fast food has a LOT of calories and there is no way you are going to burn them all no matter how active you are.

Of course, the way we are created is to eat healthy AND be active. Think of the hunter/gatherer days and what we ate and how active we were.

I THINK THE ACTIVE ONE. but he would have to lift heavy so all them fatty foods can turn in to musle.
and to much fast food would slow ur matabolisum

Well it depends on their portions and also on their metabolism. Another thing is how active the person eating junk food is.
